SEE THE
POTENTIAL

Join our STEMAZING
Mentoring Initiatives

Mentors help us see and realise our own potential.

But effective mentoring is more than a nice chat over a coffee.

Mentoring is transformational when done effectively.

That's why, in STEMAZING, we run a unique Mentor Training Programme to support and empower Mentors to maximise their impact.

We believe Mentoring is a key part of the solution to create and sustain a more diverse and inclusive STEM workforce.

Becoming a Mentor helps you recognise the value you have to offer whilst giving you the opportunity to make a positive difference to someone else's life and see the world through another's eyes.

Becoming a Mentee opens your mind to your future potential and opens doors to your future opportunities.
